Above and Beyond I live in New Jersey and I was in Massachusetts last weekend when my Jeep began making an alarmingly loud noise. Needless to say, I was terribly anxious about my return trip to New Jersey. The Jeep dealership in Norwood was closest to me at the time and I called the service department for assistance. I was told that they were unusually busy and would not be able to look at my car until March. When I explained that I was travelling from out of the state and concerned about my safety, Service Advisor (Lisa Dunne) arranged for me to come in immediately and one of the mechanics (David Mercado) looked at my car and did the repairs that day! It was later on a Saturday too - they were closing soon. I am so incredibly appreciative!!!! More
