Oil Change | Directional Issue This one one busy place. In order to get an appointment on the weekend - I would have had to wait several weeks. I accepted this and scheduled for This one one busy place. In order to get an appointment on the weekend - I would have had to wait several weeks. I accepted this and scheduled for an earlier date, but a week day. Due to too many complications in my schedule, I called and asked (begged) for any available slot on the weekend and the woman on the phone found a slot for me. I was thrilled . However, when I arrived ... I was not listed on their schedule. I was still able to leave my vehicle for an oil change and an issue I'm having with my directional. I was grateful they were able to still fit me in. I left it there and a few hours passed and I got the call that the car (Renegade) was ready for pick up - however, they could not seem to track down the issue with the directional. They ran diagnostics but nothing seemed to be showing up and there were not successful in recreating the issue at the shop. The issue continues. Lisa was very pleasant and throughly explained everything to me. I truly appreciated her help, clarity and patience. More

Inspection Sticker Excellent service, and they scheduled a recall repair for an item I pointed out while there. Good Service My car lost it's power and I had to tow it to the dealer with no appt. I was told I was on a srtand by appointment as they were booked up for at leas My car lost it's power and I had to tow it to the dealer with no appt. I was told I was on a srtand by appointment as they were booked up for at least a month. However they were able to look at it and fix it within a few days plus gave me a loaner car. Thank you Lisa! Awful customer service; awful experience Will NEVER return to this dealership for service or future vehicle purchases. Pricing for any service is absolute robbery. They wanted to charge $150 Will NEVER return to this dealership for service or future vehicle purchases. Pricing for any service is absolute robbery. They wanted to charge $150 just to run a diagnostic test for a notification that popped up regarding a vehicle concern. I needed a new seatbelt and they quoted $650 to replace it- with NO explanation of such an outrageous cost. Also asked if I wanted a tire rotation with my service & didn’t even complete the service!! This is ESPECIALLY true when the customer service does not even try to compensate for their ridiculous charges. When you walk into the service center it’s like you’re walking into a graveyard. No one has a personality and is so robotic and RUDE. Not sure what sort of training these employees go through, but they ALL could use a lesson in customer service. Not one person in that place had a smile or could offer any sort of empathatic nature towards their customers. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Took my car to another shop the very next day. More
