Very long wait, and work incomplete My appointment was for normal maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) I had also mentioned when I made the appointment that the "stop start system" My appointment was for normal maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) I had also mentioned when I made the appointment that the "stop start system" was not working. This information was not included in the write up. The service rep very quickly included this in the list. After the first hour I was told the auxiliary battery for this system needed to be charged because I do not drive the car enough. An hour and a half later I was told it was charged but this did not correct the problem and I would need to book another appointment which I did, but the first date available is still more than two weeks away. More

Completely Satisfied with excellent service. I brought my vehicle in for scheduled service & was greeted with a smile and reviewed what service would be done and approximate time to complete. I w I brought my vehicle in for scheduled service & was greeted with a smile and reviewed what service would be done and approximate time to complete. I waited in their snack bar area & was kept informed of the work in progress. Lisa returned with information noted during their 26 point check that I needed new rear brake pads and also showed me a leaking shock absorber. Asked if I was willing to have the work done & to leave the vehicle. They provided a rental vehicle till the vehicle was fixed. Everything went smoothly & I appreciated their concern and the rest is history. Great Service all around. Thank You very much. More
