Completed the work requested Central Jeep did the work I requested in a timely fashion. I have no complaints about that. However, my inspection sticker is up for renewal this mon Central Jeep did the work I requested in a timely fashion. I have no complaints about that. However, my inspection sticker is up for renewal this month, but my wife, who took the car in for me, forgot to mention it to the service department. It would have been nice if Central would have noticed that and offered to do the inspection while the car was there. While ultimately it was my fault for not mentioning the sticker, a dealership that goes over and above would have taken the initiative to do the work. That said, Central does what is asked, but nothing more. I am being asked in this survey to name the people who worked on the car, but I don't know who it was since it was my wife who was there. More

Disappointing and Frustrationg I had a 1PM scheduled appointment which I scheduled 2 weeks in advance over the telephone. When I checked in at 12:45PM, they had no record of my app I had a 1PM scheduled appointment which I scheduled 2 weeks in advance over the telephone. When I checked in at 12:45PM, they had no record of my appointment. Despite that, they indicated they could do my service which was to take 1 hour. My car was not even moved from the service bay for 55 minutes. The service took over 2 hours rather than the 1 hour I was promised. My time is valuable and I expect the service I was promised and that includes waiting time. More

Awsome service I love these people, they make you feel like family. they have the knowledge to help you describe what is wrong with your car, sometimes I just cant g I love these people, they make you feel like family. they have the knowledge to help you describe what is wrong with your car, sometimes I just cant get the words out. the techs and front desk folks just know how to make you feel better about a huge investment you have in a vehicle. I feel like I just dropped my child off at day care, knowing my baby is in great hands. More
