I first want to thank my salesman Rich Kramer for doing an outstanding job again. I can’t say enough good about this dealership I’m in there every year on average for a new car. Just picked up my 2021 Ford bronco two door and I love this vehicle if I had any questions I just call them up and they’re very prompt with their answers. Another proud customer as a matter fact I’m going up tomorrow to see Rich for another vehicle for my wife so if you want a trust worthy dealership this is the place to go. This is a really unprofessional dealership. I took my car in for service under warranty and they provided no rental. They than kept the car for many days before even inspecting it. They did not fix my car in for service under warranty and they provided no rental. They than kept the car for many days before even inspecting it. They did not fix my issue and were awful in there attitude. The management was unhelpful and uncaring and the service manager was rude. If you want to be treated poorly than this is the place to go. But if you value yourself and your time than go elsewhere. More
