My one and only oil change was performed at the same service center. I was advised I was due for an oil change. I was told the charge would be $98.00. I declined the oil change at this service center. The car brought back to the garage. I was told that the oil filter was tightened and that the car was ready to go out the door. I was told that the oil level was 20% full. I was surprised that my oil level was not brought up to 100%. I thought since this service center performed the only oil change on this car, they were the one's responsible for not putting the oil filter on properly. At minimum the oil level should have been brought back 100%. If the oil filter is faulty, it should have been replaced. I had complain before an employee put oil in the car. In my life experience I have never had an oil filter become loose. I was very happy with the speed your service center provided me a rental car. More

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent used vehicle purchase from Lunghaner Buick GMC. While I ultimately purchased the vehicle, the overall experience fell far below the level of professi used vehicle purchase from Lunghaner Buick GMC. While I ultimately purchased the vehicle, the overall experience fell far below the level of professionalism and customer service I expected from your dealership. There were several issues throughout the process that left my wife and I frustrated: Credit Application Confusion I was initially told that my wife would need to co-sign the loan, so she made the drive from Ohio to assist with the purchase. Later, I discovered that her credit had already been run and that she was not actually needed as a co-signer. At no point did anyone contact us to let us know this. Had someone simply communicated with us, my wife could have avoided making that trip altogether and on with her work day. The Agreed-Upon Deal and Lack of Communication Johnny and I reached an agreement that we were both comfortable with. The following day, I left him a voicemail explaining that I couldn’t make it because of school-related obligations with my children, but that I would be there on Friday to complete the purchase. I never received a return call. When I texted on Monday, I was told the vehicle would remain for sale because the dealership could not hold it. I even offered to leave a deposit, but that was declined. I found this to be a very disappointing business practice, especially after we had already agreed on a deal. Vehicle Mileage Was Incorrect When I finally arrived, I discovered the vehicle had approximately 3,000 more miles than what was advertised online. I was told the owner had been driving it and that the price had been lowered because of the additional mileage. While I appreciate the explanation, this information should have been disclosed before I made the drive from Ohio, not after I arrived. Undisclosed Damage After getting into the vehicle, I immediately noticed a quarter-sized crack in the glass. Once again, no one informed me of this before I made the trip. Discovering undisclosed damage after driving that distance was extremely frustrating. I am not someone who typically complains, but there were simply too many loose ends throughout this transaction. Communication was poor, important information was withheld, and the overall process did not reflect the professionalism or honesty I expected from a dealership with your reputation. I hope you will take these concerns seriously and review your used vehicle sales process so future customers do not have a similar experience. While I appreciate that I was ultimately able to purchase the vehicle, the path to getting there was unnecessarily frustrating and could have been avoided with better communication and transparency. Thank you for taking the time to read my concerns. I would appreciate hearing your thoughts regarding this experience. More

I have leased several cars from your dealership and have always been taken care of in a professional way. We are now driving a 2024 Envision that we purchased, and have had it serviced twice. Damon is a wonderful salesman he was able to explain the process to me clearly and politely. He was also able to help me get everything that I needed to get done that day and then some. Finance manager doesn’t adequately explain the process. Prints a folder and picks a bank and ask you to sign paperwork. The day we was there he was rushing to ge his daughter. After signing, I looked at my Prints a folder and picks a bank and ask you to sign paperwork. The day we was there he was rushing to ge his daughter. After signing, I looked at my paperwork and asked the sales people what this $590 charge was for. They didn’t know. Then said extended warranty well that was $2300 at the bottom. I get home and look again the $590 was a scratch and dent policy we never asked for and it’s no cancellable. Also I was not asked about gap insurance. I like my vehicle but transparency is definitely missing and the financing needs to be communicated and working with the customer more. In the office instead of preparing it and sign here. More

We like the vehicle we got and it was a great price, but as soon as we got home we realized the front drivers door wouldn’t unlock. They really tried to push the warranty, even adding it back in after we asked it to be removed. More
