After signing, I looked at my paperwork and asked the sales people what this $590 charge was for. They didn’t know. Then said extended warranty well that was $2300 at the bottom. I get home and look again the $590 was a scratch and dent policy we never asked for and it’s no cancellable. Also I was not asked about gap insurance. I like my vehicle but transparency is definitely missing and the financing needs to be communicated and working with the customer more. In the office instead of preparing it and sign here. More

I took my Denali in for what I thought had a transmission problem they test drove it a couple of times said it was fine I pick it up it’s doing the same thing I complained about. We like the vehicle we got and it was a great price, but as soon as we got home we realized the front drivers door wouldn’t unlock.
