Usually I write "well done" and click 5 stars...in all fairness to those who use this, I just can't do so this time. The good - the work was done well. The "less than good" - Poor communication despite my fairness to those who use this, I just can't do so this time. The good - the work was done well. The "less than good" - Poor communication despite my proactive communication...would have told my service advisor this directly as she said she would deliver my car when it was dropped off...she didn't (someone else did)..car was not done when promised and the reason provided was less than satisfactory (loaner was provided...not what was anticipated) and I was texted at 725am asking when I was returning the loaner - my car wasn't even done at that point...paying dealer prices, dealer service just was lacking this time. Final note (and I can't truly say why) but I never received my link to provide feedback which usually comes the next day like clock work. Just not a good experience this time. More

Daniels BMW went above and beyond to help me get my car there for service with valet service. My husband has cancer and he goes for treatment every day right now. They picked up and returned my car after s there for service with valet service. My husband has cancer and he goes for treatment every day right now. They picked up and returned my car after service.
