Lisa and her team did everything to diagnose and service my Jeep grand Cherokee. Lisa provided me with a ride to and from the dealership which helped me that day while I was working. Service advisor damaged my door panels attempting to locate the source of a leak. Telling me I need new door panels, bec they are coming apart, They weren't like that when I brought car in!! I never sa locate the source of a leak. Telling me I need new door panels, bec they are coming apart, They weren't like that when I brought car in!! I never said I to look at my door panels!!! I told her to check leak on bottom of door, water was there when it rained. Probably need new weather stripping... I had NO problem with door panels.... Inept and clueless is how I would describe their service. All 4 door panels were touched where they are now apart!!! After damaging my vehicle, I was contacted by another manager, also of no help, and given the runaround ultimately resulting in me having a damaged vehicle and them taking no responsibility. Stellantis NA was also no help, ultimately siding with their dealership. They make a poor quality vehicle and refuse to accept responsibility of anything. I will never deal with this dealership and service department again. More
