I went in multiple times to get a vehicle repaired. I was improperly diagnosed charged over $3000. In the end, nothing was done for my vehicle even after multiple trips when I went originally I asked t I was improperly diagnosed charged over $3000. It wasn’t that my car got worse and then I was told that I needed a new engine that would cost me $13,000. Ultimately this was single-handedly the worst experience with a dealership. Lisa did the best that she could but she was the last service advisor that I was passed on to. I dealt with the manager Ron prior to that it was Chris and then some young lady and none of them were able to help me. More
