With their large inventory, they assessed our needs and provided us with several vehicles for our evaluation. After driving our vehicle choice for a few days, we found unforeseen issues that needed corrective action. The Service Department quickly determined that the vehicle needed additional work and contacted the Sales Department. We were at that time offered the option to exchange that vehicle for another on the lot. Lisa quickly found two others for us to inspect, and without any hassle arranged for our second choice, completely satisfying us as customers. We are extremely pleased with our new vehicle. It is exactly what we were looking for. More

No deal offer The dealer did not go over my deal with me. Never gave me details of what I was getting for my car, I was offered $500 when I checked on line but whe The dealer did not go over my deal with me. Never gave me details of what I was getting for my car, I was offered $500 when I checked on line but when I got to the dealership they said all it was worth was $200 but Lisa never told me that until I has to ask first. When we said it was worth $978 on Blue Book we were told not even close. Then we were told they couldn't offer any more but when I said I was going and couldn't do the deal another $500 was added to the deal. I was very disappointed with the whole process but I really wanted the car or I would have left without getting it. More
