I decided to check out the Nissan Juke, within a few minutes they handed me the keys. They even let me test drive the car by myself. My car saleswoman was Lisa P. She wasn't pushy, just very informative ands helpful. I had her run a bunch of different payment plans. The process went smoothly and only took a total of 2.5 hours between the test drive and driving off the lot in my new car! I love the Nissan Juke and I am thankful to Merchants for the great customer experience as this was the first car I have ever purchased. Thank you. More

Excellent and non pushy service We called in and we were told to come meet with Scott. He led us to Lisa. We couldn't have been happier. Lisa was great, she and the finance team worked on getting us into a vehicle which we could not finish in one evening due to time. We were not hassled to leave a deposit, we just said we would be back and that's how it was left. We returned and everything was waiting for us , the cars to test drive, all of the paperwork. You guys got us a great interest rate and gave my in-laws a referral check. As I said my wife and I couldn't be happier with the experience or the atmosphere . He and the whole team bent over backwards to keep me pleased. I went in with a budget, and Chris made sure he was able to keep me at my budget level without having to choose a different vehicle. Let's be honest, it's never any fun buying a new vehicle; everyone has a "deal" just for you. Merchants made my experience tolerable. Chris was always informing me of the progress, and not just leaving me there to sit and wait. Chris is a great guy, and more importantly, upfront and honest. I will be passing Chris' name on to any of my family and friends looking to purchase a used vehicle. I would also like to note that I missed my vehicle pickup time with Chris, and had other documents needed. Chris had left for the day, my fault not his.
