Experience of Dealership Kirk was very friendly and courteous when we went into the dealership. Asked what we were interested in and he took over from there. He worked diligently to find what we wanted to have in a vehicle. We drove 3 vehicles and each time we got back Kirk had another one he thought we would like. The 3rd Jeep was perfect for us and we talked it over and decided to get that one. Kirk was very informative about the whole process. Lisa was very helpful with showing us around the service department and introducing us to Erik. She also helped us purchase Weather Tech floor mats for the Jeep. While we were waiting for Shaun, she showed us where to wait and offered us coffee. The only thing we thought was a little high was the car insurance plan. More

Brian was the most amazing Salesman to work with. We came in with our short list of 4 vehicles to look at. He let us look at them, and even test drive a couple without coming with or being pushy. He didn't try to upsell us on different vehicles either. He let us do the shopping, all while being there to help! A vehicle was stuck in a patch of ice and he got it out for us so we could look at it and test drive! We all had fun stories to exchange also during the process so it was a great experience, getting to know someone and it wasn't all about the sale. He explained Pulse to us well and we added that in. (Side note we got to share that 2 days previous having a horrible experience with a car salesman at another dealership). It was so nice and easy and no stress involved. P.s. not salesman related, but the bathrooms are awesome! Pregnant lady here, I needed lots of breaks :D More

This was my first time at Ryan Auto Mall in Buffalo. I really did love this dealership. All the people were great especially my sales person, MELISA ROKALA, and my finance person, SHAUN OLSON. Both me and my girlfriend walked away saying it was a nice experience, and the dealership had a down home feeling...hard to put into words, just felt comfortable and at ease the whole time and with everyone I was in contact with during and after my purchase.
