Jeff Nelson was wonderful to work with! He is personable, knowledgeable about Cadillacs, and it really helps that he's tech savvy!!! Nate Malinowski did a great job helping me with my truck purchase. Everything was set up on time, he did follow up calls to make sure everything was still good, and when it came time to pick it up he had ev purchase. Ryan Auto Mall is a fantastic dealership to work with. I was able to work with Scott Goodmanson on my order. I also worked a bit with Brian and Lisa on the new Vehicle delivery. Both were very professional and provided upfront answers as well as upfront pricing about add on items. When it came to Financing, I worked with Rich K. Again, another true professional. He was patient with me as we explored a number of avenues, and allowed me time to make the right decision for my self.
