Excellent Car Buying Experience! Purchased a car back in Jan, 2012. Got married in August and decided we needed a larger vehicle. Looked online for a value opportunity in a Chevrolet Purchased a car back in Jan, 2012. Got married in August and decided we needed a larger vehicle. Looked online for a value opportunity in a Chevrolet Equinox,new or gently used . Found a vehicle online, and contacted Ryan via email. they contacted me, set up an appointment the next day with the same salesperson, Bruce Varner, that i purchased my 2011 HHR from. Ispoke with Bruce,outlined what kind of deal I was looking for. He did all the legwork, got the best deal he could from Ryan. It worked for my budget, I made an appointment to buy the vehicle the next day. Bruce, Lisa and Jeff,the people who handled my deal, were very prepared and extremely friendly for me when I arrived. I added mud flaps and WeatherTech mats. From arriving at Ryan Chev,to driving away in my new 2016 Equinox, including installation of mud flaps, floor protection, benefits, loan explanation, and vehicle features, I was in and out in 1 and 1/2 hours.
