As a first time buyer, I was very displeased with customer service overall. I left late and after coming home with my new car, I actually wished I bought my car from somewhere else. My sales lady was the only nice person that I enjoyed working with. But once the buying process started the team began to play tag and communication was lost altogether. The fact that I had to fight to request a lower interest rate after the finance manager gave some BS story even though I had excellent credit. Also waiting to be contacted about my lifetime warranty that was promised to me. More
