It was our first visit after purchasing a vehicle at Kia North. Made an appointment a month in advance for an initial oil change where I waited at the dealership. It was disappointing to have to wait for 3 North. Made an appointment a month in advance for an initial oil change where I waited at the dealership. It was disappointing to have to wait for 3 3/4 hours for a simple oil change. The waiting room has only 6 chairs. Need to expand. It was a half hour ride from our home. Leaves me apprehensive about bringing our Telluride back there if we have to wait all day for service even though you have an appointment. More

Oil changed as requested and friendly staff. I made an 8:30am appointment and my car was ready at 2:30. I expected to wait but not for half of the day.
