I first went to the dealership two years ago when they first opened, I believe my wife and I were one of their forst customers. Ms. Girnus took care of us, both senior citizens, most graciously. Ms Girnus explained everything redarding the lease to us and what options we had. We received a good price . We leased a 20ll "Lincoln" for two years. The service department was more than adequate and I always returned for the oil changes. We were so happy with the service we received at the dealership we returned at the end of our lease and leased another "Lincoln." Again the service was excellent, all the people we were in contact with were friendly and knowlegable and the coffe fresh. Ms Girnus, Mr.Williams and Mr. Li are true professionals. I kept switching because of bad experiences. Finally, now, I have found a home. Liz Girnus really cares about her clients and she goes out of her way for me. As an experience lessee I started my sales process via the phone. The last thing I wanted is to waste my time discussing term and payments in person dealer after dealer. After talking to Liz over the phone I went to the dealership the day after. She greeted me very professionally and made me feel welcomed. She asked me if I was ready to see the car. I said "no" I wanted to go over the terms and payments. Liz said to me, "we went over that over the phone yesterday". You can imagine my surprise to know that the terms and payments she discussed with me the day before were the actual figures. What a great feeling to know that someone actually tells you the truth over the phone. I'm so used to going to the dealership after our phone conversations only to be told higher payments when I get there. As someone that has been in retail sales for over two decades I can appreciate Ms. Girnus professionalism and care for her customer. Keep up the excellent work! More
