Great dealer, great sales staff! After attempting to buy a Ford Transit at a couple other dealerships, I felt completely exhausted by the shady sales tactics and "discount" games. I was buying the car for my business, and just wanted to pay a fair price...and that's exactly what Mike and Liz quoted me. There weren't any games, or "I've got to check with the manager" sales tactics. Liz is kind, funny and I felt like I was buying the car from a member of my family. This is a different type of dealership, and now I understand why it's consistently rated with 5 stars. Before driving off in my new car, I took a picture with it...and a couple with Liz herself so I could have it as a reminder of the great experience! This is hands down the best place to buy a car in NYC. More

The best!!! Great experience! I came into to this dealership knowing I wanted a 2014 Ford Fusion. I didn't want all the bells and whistles, just a few, very specific items of conve I came into to this dealership knowing I wanted a 2014 Ford Fusion. I didn't want all the bells and whistles, just a few, very specific items of convenience, nothing more, nothing less. I didn't think as specific as I was being that I was getting a car at all or ever. Liz was absolutely AMAZING, she nailed it, to the tee, she found my perfect car in a flash. The dealership was very accommodating too, considering I wasn't able to get to the dealership until the late evening after work, they ALL stayed there past closing, not one complaint for the 3 hours I was there and I didn't feel rushed. They also have someone on staff who takes the time to show you how to use ALL the features on your car, so you aren't left completely clueless when you leave with the car. From start to finish, Liz made sure the whole experience and transaction went smoothly. I now have my Ford Fusion my way and I couldn't be happier! I HIGHLY recommend Ford Lincoln of Queens and Liz Girnus! More

Going to the dealership is NOT what one would expect - I have dealt with Liz for more years than we would like to admit to - this my 3rd MKZ - before that, I had leased Milans twice, Sables twice and boug have dealt with Liz for more years than we would like to admit to - this my 3rd MKZ - before that, I had leased Milans twice, Sables twice and bought a Taurus.
