My husband and I came to this dealer looking to purchase a new car, and I have to tell you that we were a little nervous. We already have a SUV that we purchased from a different dealership & we had a terri a new car, and I have to tell you that we were a little nervous. We already have a SUV that we purchased from a different dealership & we had a terrible experience, which left us feeling like all dealers were like this. So anyway, we walked into Ford Lincoln of Queens with our guard up! We were so pleasantly surprised when we met our saleswomen, Liz! She made us feel so comfortable, she is a no nonsense type of person and that is exactly what we wanted! There was no beating around the bush with her, she did not have us sitting at her desk going back and forth for hours. Like many dealers you walk in expecting to spend your whole day there, not with Liz! We got straight down to business with her, she knew everything there was to know about the car we were interested in. I really wish that we would have purchased our first car from her! All dealerships should be so lucky to have a saleswomen like this! She is a breath of fresh air, super easy to deal with & very down to earth.
