This place is terrible !! The service department is a nightmare. I had an appointment today at 10:00 to get my transmission yes transmission looked at . They took my car in and didn’t do anything for hou nightmare. I had an appointment today at 10:00 to get my transmission yes transmission looked at . They took my car in and didn’t do anything for hours. I kept checking on it and they kept telling me 15 more minutes ! Finally when I said I had to leave they tried to tell me that the line has to be flushed and the fluid looked kind of dark probably because my wife drives it to rough!! Like seriously!!? I don’t think so ! 2020 Honda Pilot try again! Anyway, I had to leave at 2:30 because I have to get my kids so basically I was told it’s and inconvenience for everyone so and I need to make another appointment to come back to get the service done. I took of of work spent all day there and nothing was done. Then my wife calls the “supervisor” of the service dept and she proceeds to talk over her and say well if it’s a transmission problem then you need to make a appointment right away to come in and get it serviced. Ummm yeah that is why I was there today !! Then she tells her that she can go somewhere else if She doesn’t like it !!?? Wow supervisor of the year here!! This place is horrible they are running around like maniacs, piles of paperwork everywhere. Here’s the thing don’t make appointments for people and make them sit there the whole day while you try to fit in everyone because your overbooked!! Clearly from ALL these bad reviews people this seems to be a trend in the service department here! Customer is service horrible ! More

I brought the car in for maintenance the engine motor oil needed to be replaced while there they noticed my brake fluid needed to flushed which I agreed to do but it was a waste of money I didn’t see any di needed to be replaced while there they noticed my brake fluid needed to flushed which I agreed to do but it was a waste of money I didn’t see any difference. The same week my power steering started leaking visible to the naked eyes unfortunately I had to take it to a different mechanic and missed days of work they mentioned to me that it was like that for a while which leaves some doubt in mind about the level of service you provide because if the car was on the lift there’s no way that the technician would miss that. My question is do you really perform the service that you claimed to do it will take a lot to convince me from now on I may have to take the car to a different mechanic More
