Liz was an advocate for getting the finance department to get me a loan when it seemed impossible to obtain. She was personable, knowledgeable, patient, and fun to be with. Liz told me I would get a free remote start with the purchase of my vehicle. Come to find out I was charged $599 for it. When I questioned her about it she said “ I never said that, you’re making that u purchase of my vehicle. Come to find out I was charged $599 for it. When I questioned her about it she said “ I never said that, you’re making that up in your head” calling me a liar.. I have never felt so disrespected and belittled as a customer before. I highly recommend going else where if you wanted to get treated with respect. More
