When we signed the paper with Lloyd, the platinum insurance package was already in the price as they supposedly deducted $1000.00 from this to get the price lower. When we went to close, Leonel Rod insurance package was already in the price as they supposedly deducted $1000.00 from this to get the price lower. When we went to close, Leonel Rodriquez was selling it as an upgrade. We immediately felt the distrust there and just decided to just close and never purchase from there again. Lloyd is a terrible sales man gave us little information on the truck. Very disorganized and rude. I work in sales myself and one thing I pride myself is on integrity and honesty and this is something this on the truck. Very disorganized and rude. Our car has been in and out of the service department since we bought it. I will NEVER buy from here nor take my car to her service here ever again and I will be sure my friends and family know not to come here. Also, it was going to take 2 months to just diagnose my truck. I took it to Westside Chevy and it’s already been diagnosed and the part they need (a new trabsmission) is in stock. More
