If you buy from out-of-state, this dealership will overcharge for registration fees and keep the difference entitled to you. I wanted to share my experience, as I hope it helps other consumers in th overcharge for registration fees and keep the difference entitled to you. I wanted to share my experience, as I hope it helps other consumers in their transaction. I am a NJ resident that purchased 2025 Q3 under finance. I had delays receiving my DMV documents; plates/registration were received approx 1WK after the temp plates were expired, but want to highlight the questionable practice on their registration fees related to their 3rd party service. I was charged $583 for "LICENSE AND TITLE (EST.)", I challenged this cost as it appeared too high and was informed that the balance vs the actual cost would be mailed. I started following up Dec, when no communication or refund was received. Early January after several followups, I received a statement reflecting "Alpine DMV Service Fee" of $100, and DMV fees of $169 totaling $269, with a check of $18.50. I requested $295 to reconcile vs the $583 and was assured a followup. It's been several weeks, no communication and don't expect one at this point. My recommendation for out of state purchasers is to check their DMV costs going in, and if from NJ, make sure these costs are not reflecting higher than $300. More

Very unprofessional and rude place. The service is horrible, you treated better at the Toyota dealership. The lady at the front desk refuses to give her name. If you ask to speak with The service is horrible, you treated better at the Toyota dealership. The lady at the front desk refuses to give her name. If you ask to speak with the manager they just ignore you. I purchased a vehicle over a month ago and still waiting for registration. I asked the sale person about the status of the registration but he never replied, I even visited the dealership but unfortunately nobody wants to take responsibility or talk to you. Forced to drive with expired registration. Very damaging for the brand. If you have a choice purchase a vehicle at the different dealership. More

“Luxury” dealership full of lies and deceit. I purchased a certified preowned Q3 from Lloyd in June 2024 - there were about $2500 in hidden fees that were never communicated to me. One of thes I purchased a certified preowned Q3 from Lloyd in June 2024 - there were about $2500 in hidden fees that were never communicated to me. One of these hidden fees included an Audi multi-point inspection which promises (as the website states): “pre-owned vehicles undergo a rigorous inspection and reconditioning process before being listed for sale.” The lack of transparency left a bad taste in my mouth but I was able to negotiate a very small discount and went forward with the transaction. As I was pulling off the lot, I was only then informed that the car had one key instead of two, as promised. Lloyd promised to look into it for me and get me the second key. After following up with Lloyd several times and not getting any response for 3 months, I reached out to the preowned manager, Ali, who promised he would make this right. However, the key promised to me by Ali was always delayed as there was a “chip shortage.” I was told this from August - November. In November I reached out to the parts department at Northern Blvd to learn that keys are readily available and I could have one within days confirming that Ali never ordered the key. One week after pulling off the lot on Middle Neck Road, I noticed a strong smell of gasoline as I drove. I brought the car to the service department on Northern Blvd and was informed that the cars fuel injector was spewing gas and not safe to drive. The entire fuel injector had to be replaced as a result. A few weeks after that, I realized that the seatbelts in the back did not work. Again, I had to take the car to the service department for them to fix this other issue as I was given a car with serious mechanical and safety issues. It is very hard to believe that the “intensive inspection” Audi Great Neck promises and charged me $1,300 for actually happened. My family and I were happy customers of Audi Great Neck for 30+ years but that relationship has been severed by the horrible experiences listed above. Repeated attempts to have anyone from Audi rectify their mistakes resulted in a game of whack a mole as someone (Audi Great Neck management) would seem to be interested in helping and would wind up ghosting us. This dealership is the worst and I had a terrible experience there. Firstly, I had signed documents committing to buying a used car via a trade in. We set an appointment for me to come in and pick up experience there. Firstly, I had signed documents committing to buying a used car via a trade in. We set an appointment for me to come in and pick up the car. I took off from work that day. I got a call that morning from Lloyd telling me that the car was sold to someone else. Probably offered a better deal but they screwed me and that is not the way to do business by selling my car right from underneath me. Then I was trying to buy another from them hoping they would work with me after the first incident. I kept calling Lloyd to get a price. He told me about 10 times he would get back to me and did not. Ali also did not respond to many of my requests. When I finally was given the price after asking for about a month, they added about $4000 dealer fee onto the stated price and said they wouldn't budge a penny. I finally gave up with them. Dealing with Lloyd and his manager, Ali, was one of the worst experiences I have ever had and they totally screwed me. Stay far, far away from this place. One star is not good enough for them. More

Very disappointed. I scheduled a test drive, no one even seemed to know about it. The. They had to get the car. When it came time to getting the purchase order it took I scheduled a test drive, no one even seemed to know about it. The. They had to get the car. When it came time to getting the purchase order it took forever and I had to keep calling then finally when we are getting ready to pick up the car they said there is a certified pre owned fee of $6,000. Never told us about this when we talked numbers or total amounts which you think should be stated up front… the salesman even stated he didn’t know about it which also is just very strange… the place itself is not a nice environment DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING!!! Purchasing from the used department, was a nice low pressure sales experience, until we got the Finance person, Large delta between Purchase Price and what was on the loan paperwork, was not found unti pressure sales experience, until we got the Finance person, Large delta between Purchase Price and what was on the loan paperwork, was not found until after the transaction. got a good run around, and despite asking for a call back on the post purchase survey still have not received a call back. Multiple calls to the finance person have not been returned. According to other sites, this seems to be the SOP. Avoid doing business here More
