Our 22 Navigator was having some issues right before a road trip. Brandon in service got us in quickly. Sadly the parts were not in, but he got them ordered and got us back in same week and the vehicle wa road trip. Brandon in service got us in quickly. Sadly the parts were not in, but he got them ordered and got us back in same week and the vehicle was good to go on time! His communication was outstanding and the whole service dept provided a 5 star experience the whole way through. Myself and my family are very grateful to the Corwin team. More

Crooks in the service dept telling me I needed FIVE different things (over $1000). I just had all five done by a local shop before taking truck in for recall. Never cleared the recall. Waited weeks f different things (over $1000). I just had all five done by a local shop before taking truck in for recall. Never cleared the recall. Waited weeks for Ford to update system, as that’s what service tech claimed was the delay. Later they admitted they never cleared The recall. On to Kendall now. More
