I just purchased a 2018 HRV on March 25 2021 at 5 pm gave a $500. Deposit schedule to pick up my vehicle Monday March 29 2021 at 12 pm I arrived early the was not ready I went for a ride after returning gave a $500. Deposit schedule to pick up my vehicle Monday March 29 2021 at 12 pm I arrived early the was not ready I went for a ride after returning the HRV was there ready to be purchased when I approached the salesman Francisco Martinez with my Certified check to finalize the purchase there must have been so management situation due to the fact that I didn’t get my paperwork processed to 3:45 why even schedule appointments . The salesman Francisco Martinez has yet to show me all my features , at this time we could Not get my IPHONE to load maps (navigation). which was key in my discussion to buy this HRV . The fact that my time was not important nor I and the lie from the Salesman and Poor transaction from business management they where all blaming each other while I waited and waited . More

Bad communication. Was told pressure switch was the cause of the problem so I paid for the replacement but problem remains unresolved. Then Lloyd said it was because of the catalytic converter that st cause of the problem so I paid for the replacement but problem remains unresolved. Greeted on arrival, a part I had ordered was waiting for install. Honored Group-on oil change special that had expired (Covid). Differential, transmission service was also performed.
