I'm really not happy - I got my car fixed, got an "all good green" on the post-report for my battery and 2 days later it dies! I have to believe that either Joyce missed something or messed something up. good green" on the post-report for my battery and 2 days later it dies! Now my tire warning won't go off I don't know whose fault it is and so I am just rating everybody & everything poor because I am annoyed - so you can figure out who deserves how many stars. More

brought my van in because of a dead battery problem. My battery was 6 months old and had been replaced my Joyce Honda , The problem happened when I was in my van with the engine off and listening to the My battery was 6 months old and had been replaced my Joyce Honda , The problem happened when I was in my van with the engine off and listening to the radio in accessory mode for about 15 min. when I left the van with the key fob in my pocket and walked away from the van for 2 hrs. When I returned to the van the battery was dead. I explained this to your people and after looking at the van they couldn't find anything wrong. My son who also had a Honda van and experienced the same problem a number of times and also had it looked at my Joyce. it was a new van at the time , he traded it in within the 1st year because of this problem happening a number of times to him. I have heard that Honda has a problem when you exit the vehicle like I did and you return to a dead battery My van is a handicap accessible van which I use to transport my wife in a full size wheelchair. I always keep up with the maintenance on the van to avoid what I went through, More

I decided to switch from one dealership to Joyce Honda after having service completed on my older Accord. The knowledge and expertise displayed by the service staff was incredible, not to mention the cour after having service completed on my older Accord. The knowledge and expertise displayed by the service staff was incredible, not to mention the courtesy shown by everyone involved. It was at that point I decided to check out the newer models and was assisted, without stressful pressure, by a fantastic salesman. Needless to say, I upgraded my 2020 Accord to a 2025 Accord. More
