For many individuals, purchasing a vehicle can often be a stressful and frustrating experience. Unfortunately, many buyers approach dealerships with hesitation due to prior encounters involving high pressure sales tactics, aggressive financing add-ons, hidden agendas, and inflated financing practices. I can personally relate to those concerns. Prior to visiting Pigg Enterprises, I walked away from the financing stage at two separate dealerships because the finance departments would not accept “no” for an answer regarding unnecessary add-ons and attempted to increase interest rates beyond what had already been approved through my credit union. After spending considerable time shopping at dealerships throughout Georgia and Huntsville, I ultimately drove approximately an hour and a half from my home to visit Pigg Enterprises. Looking back on the entire process, I can honestly say that the professionalism, honesty, and customer service demonstrated by your team clearly set your dealership apart from the others. My experience at Pigg Enterprises was completely different and genuinely refreshing. From the moment I arrived, Logan represented both the ownership and the dealership with professionalism, honesty, and integrity. He treated me like family rather than simply another customer. At no point did I feel pressured, rushed, or subjected to exaggerated sales tactics. Instead, Logan listened carefully to my concerns and answered my questions openly and honestly. If he did not immediately know an answer, he took the time to research the information and provide an accurate response rather than attempting to provide an answer simply to close a sale. One aspect that stood out the most was the patience and respect Logan demonstrated throughout the process. He allowed me all the time I needed to thoroughly test drive, inspect, and review the vehicle without hovering over my shoulder or making me feel uncomfortable. That approach made the experience feel relaxed, genuine, and customer focused rather than transactional. The transparency, professionalism, and customer service he demonstrated speak volumes about both his character and the standards upheld by your dealership. The same positive experience continued during the financing process with Joel. He professionally explained each available add-on, including the benefits of products such as GAP insurance and tire protection plans, while fully respecting my right to make my own decisions without pressure or repeated sales tactics. At no point did I feel manipulated or pressured into purchasing anything beyond what I wanted. The financing process was straightforward, respectful, and refreshingly honest. Another aspect that impressed me was the efficiency of the entire process. From the time I first met Logan until the completion of the financing process with Joel, the entire purchase experience took approximately three hours. At no point did I feel rushed, yet the process remained organized, professional, and respectful of my time. Because of the professionalism shown by both Logan and Joel, I can confidently say that I will return to Pigg Enterprises for my next major vehicle purchase. It is refreshing to encounter a dealership that values customer trust, honesty, professionalism, and transparency over high pressure sales tactics. Just bought a 2020 Tundra from Pigg Enterprises. Logan was great to work with. Very communicative in reaching out after my inquiry and giving me updates. I came over from Auburn, and he held the truck for me once I was on my way. The truck was super clean. They did a great job getting it ready for resale. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and low pressure. I was even allowed to go on a test drive by myself! The truck had some body damage on the back bumper that Logan pointed out when we got there. But it also had a lot of aftermarket upgrades that weren’t mentioned in the ad. All-in-all, I thought the truck was priced fairly. And they even washed it and filled it up with gas before we left! I really hate going to car dealerships and buying cars, but this was a great experience. I wish I had read some reviews of the company beforehand and knew they were essentially a no-haggle dealership. I was really stressing about it (I hate negotiating with people), but turns out, I didn’t have to. I definitely recommend Pigg Enterprises. If I ever need another car (hopefully not anytime soon), I will give them my business! More
