Asked if they could help me and since I have been texting/emailing Mitch I asked for him. He was out for a few minutes so James helped. Walked thru what I was looking for and helped out tremendously! Both guys were very nice, pleasant, professional and listened to my wants in a vehicle.
I was leary about driving so far for a vehicle but going to 2 other dealerships for maintenance and in first looking at vehicles closer to home I didn’t get a good customer service from the people helping me out.
The staff in Lafayette are a wonderful group of people! I will definitely continue to work with them and recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to take the drive there.

You may want to revisit my original post. You’re finance team tried to screw me over. I’m understand that car dealers get a kickback from banks on indirect loans. But, I’d think your team would provide all the options available. Not just the one that would benefit your dealership the most.
Will not recommend this dealer to anyone very bad

Oh no we are definitely not interested to return to your dealership again. Especially when your sales person and team waisted so much of our time. We drove 4 plus hours anyways good luck.

I was very frustrated to have wasted a vacation day with no resolution and now have a fear that the van is just going to shut down again on me.
