A surprisingly pleasurable vehicle buying experience! I purchased a used Toyota Sienna Limited here. The entire purchasing process was relaxed - there was no pressure, the vehicle was as advertised (in g I purchased a used Toyota Sienna Limited here. The entire purchasing process was relaxed - there was no pressure, the vehicle was as advertised (in great condition), and the financing went smoothly. No extra or hidden fees, no problems getting financing with favorable terms, and, generally, no hiccups in the process. The people I dealt with were personable and professional. This was an out-of-state sale. When I did have problems with the NYS DMV (getting the new vehicle registered in my home state), they worked through it with me, long after I drove the vehicle off the lot. Lon was my salesman, and he was patient and helpful, as was the associate in the business office. From fielding my questions and concerns (regarding the vehicle or the financing and the details of the sale itself) to dealing with my insurance company, throughout the entire process, everybody was very professional and polite, never appearing to be rattled or upset. I would recommend this dealer to anyone sincerely looking for a good vehicle at the right price, and I definitely will consider coming back when I look for my next vehicle! More
