Our experience at Griffin Ford - Waukesha, was the exact opposite. Steve listened carefully and picked up on the little things we said to guide us on our path to finding the perfect vehicle. We came in thinking we knew exactly what we needed. Steve listened, let us look, and guided us to the perfect vehicle that meets our whole family's needs. Steve is extremely patient and does not push you into purchasing a vehicle just to make a sale. He wants you to find the perfect vehicle for your needs. He knows when to walk away to allow you time to think, and comes back to get your feedback. He's very personable and easy to work with. We will definitely go to Steve when we need to purchase our next vehicle! More
