my overall experience at Griffin was fair my salesman was not pushy on selling me a car, however in the 2 Saturdays we were in, we never were offered a beverage. We paid cash for the car, asked to have a couple works packages with the purchase and wouldn't do that. They didn't do a very good job cleaning the car, car was dusty, windows were dirty on the inside and they didn't buff the scratch I noticed when I looked at the car the first time.(salesman was aware) I feel like the service at Griffin is no where near what it used to be. More

The waiting area is extremely nice with large screen TVs, comfortable seating, a fireplace, beverages and snacks. I went to pick up my car and was surprised that they had washed it. Not only are the 2019 Explorer and F150 Lariat great vehicles for us, the delivery and training were flawless. I have already mastered the upgraded technology....who knew I could receive text messages on my display AND have the digital voice read them to me while I keep my aging eyes on the road? Even Henry Ford couldn’t have imagined power, comfort and technology like this. Seriously, as a member of the over 65 Club, the technology has become pretty easy to master and very intuitive. When I got confused, all I needed was to look at one of the Ford video links that are referenced and my questions were cleared up. Frank is very easy to work with and his service guys called me back immediately when I had a question about the key fob.....operator error on my part. I checked pricing at 3-4 dealerships and Griffin was very the best for these vehicles. You can trust these people. More

However through no fault of our own, the car was totaled in an accident. We went back to griffin and they helped us get a diffrent car 2 years newer and 25000 less miles for less than our original payments. I call Steve Pipito and he instantly got going to help us out. The car I asked about was sitting by the dealers door when we arrived ready for a test drive. It was perfect, it then went to Kay Horn who processed the paperwork and had us in a new car that day. I looked all over the Web at car prices and the features we needed, no one came close to Griffin Ford in Waukesha. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. Both Steve and Kay were very knowledgeable, and we're able to answer all of our questions to help us through this trying time. More
