I was very pleased with the quality of the work done to my truck. Very few dealership bother with quality anymore, I was also very pleased with the time in which they were able to get it done even though f my truck. One place that's Worried about there money and that's all they worry about you would think you would want your consumers happy leaving there not mad cuz they charged me 120 just to have my car looked the lad they worry about you would think you would want your consumers happy leaving there not mad cuz they charged me 120 just to have my car looked the lady made sure to remind me about 5 times that i owe 120 on top of wanting to charge me 500 dollars for one simple part to be replaced on a 2015 car that took me 45 mins to do my self iv had past problems just as bad as this if not worse ..more then half of the people that work there look at you like your just plain stupid anyone that goes here please get 2nd opions on your cars and truck cause this place aint about making there consumers happy what so ever its all about how much money they can get out of you and put in there pocket More

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. After a short wait, the girl that checked me in, I believe her name tag said LB. (She sat in the middle seat at that time) came and told me that the tire rot short wait, the girl that checked me in, I believe her name tag said LB. (She sat in the middle seat at that time) came and told me that the tire rotation was unable to be done that day because I had a gash in my sidewall that was dangerous for me to drive on. That specific day you had no tire in stock that would fit my vehicle. She called Gateway and found me a tire and gave me places I could check. That girl was awesome and I truly appreciated her helpfulness that day. She turned a bad situation into a positive one just by having an amazing attitude and seeming to genuinely care about my safety. Thanks. More
