When a customer needs new tires we put the best ones on the front if they make the decision not to get new tires. Your vehicle really needed the new tires and that is why we did not rotate them. I am sorry if there was poor communication. I've spoken with our service manager about this and we will definitely try and explain this better going forward. Thank you, Trey McNabb
