I appreciated Lori's patient consideration over my decision, not pushing, but giving information and allowing me to take my test drives to feel the comfort and learn the luxury of a Subaru. I have 17,900 miles on my Outback. It is possibly the most favorite vehicle I have owned. I love the way the car handles on the road. We have had an especially icy/snowy winter, and this is the vehicle to traverse the road with . Others admire our choice as we chat in ice laden parking lots. The service technicians and service managers have been courteous, informational, knowledgable, and kind. The ease of getting in for servicing is important, and they have always been quite timely with me. One of my oil changes was in Gwinett County, Georgia. I was able to get into the service department within a day, and they had all the information they needed on their computers. They also were courteous, kind and efficient. This is a huge "PLUS" as we love to travel across the USA. More

From Milwaukee to Kenosha, in a car to keep! I am not one to drive from Milwaukee to another county to buy a car. But I did this time, and am very glad that I did. We decided to buy a used car I am not one to drive from Milwaukee to another county to buy a car. But I did this time, and am very glad that I did. We decided to buy a used car rather than a new one, so bought a two year old Outback, for about 10,000 dollars less than a new car. I did not buy the first one offered, simply because I did not like the color,,,, a very nice white car, but difficult to see in WI winters. So, we ended up with a blue 2017 Outback, and are extremely pleased! More

They are efficient in getting the service I came in for done in a timely manner. I have dealt with Rachel in the past and she knows who I am the minute she sees me. I have not had a bad experience with any of the service people. Even when I call to make an appointment and have questions Matt and Jack address my concerns. However, this has nothing to do with service but it happened when I brought my car in for service. Lori G. was waiting for me in the waiting area to talk about me trading in my car. For one I was at the dealership close to 2 hours more than I wanted/needed to be. I am not thinking about getting a new car in the near future. I was curious to see what changes were made on the new cars, but that was it. She had the assumption I was going to buy the exact same car that I have, just newer. I never said I would buy another Forester. It could be a different car at your dealership. I am not in the market to change vehicles now! When I am looking, I look for a good interest rate and deal to get another lease. I did not know ahead of time Lori was going to be trying to talk me into another lease/car. I do NOT appreciate how Lori was waiting and trying to push me int a new lease. More

All around excellent Lori is just the kind of sales person you want when buying a vehicle. She is very knowledgeable and awesome to deal with. I bought the protection package and when I picked up my vehicle from service I asked a question regarding a constant screen I couldn’t get rid of. Racheal in service was so nice and actually sat with me to understand what I was having an issue with and assisted me. More
