Before going into Smithtown Toyota, our thought was to trade our Hondas in for brand new Hondas, which we'd done previously. With all due respect to Honda, Smithtown Toyota absolutely blew us away with their kindness, professionalism, customer service and the deals they offered! We got a brand new 4 Runner for my wife, and a brand new Corolla for me. Neither my wife nor I have ever been Toyota owners before, but we are now! Special mention must be made of Sales Manager Guy Albergo, Salesperson Lou Bilous and Finance Business Manager Diego Rivas ... all outstanding! More

I felt Lou went above and beyond making sure everything went smoothly and that I was not there longer then I expected to be since my time is very limited running my own company. Even the finance officer Stacey was delightful and efficient as she processed and completed all the paperwork. I must say, dealing with Smithtown Toyota has been my first pleasant experience with a car dealership in over 35 years of purchasing cars. Smithtown Toyota service department is also extremely accommodating to the limited time I have to have regular service performed to my vehicles. I am in and out of service within 30 minutes for an oil change and any other milage service requirements. I highly recommend Smithtown Toyota. More
