We were very happy with the family type atmosphere at Smithtown Toyota. We felt we got a fair price with not a lot of haggling and no sleazy gimmicks. Louis helped us decide whether leasing or buying was best for us and was very patient and knowledgeable with all of our questions. When our car came in he spent a long time with us going over everything we needed to know about our new car. The Business Manager Stacy was incredibly knowledgeable and we enjoyed talking to her as she made us feel very comfortable about managing the finances of our purchase. If we are going to buy another Toyota in the near future we will only go to Smithtown. More

Our visit to Toyota at Smithtown was great. Louis Bilous was extremly informative, helpful, and knowledgable. This was the first time inquiring about the purchase of a Toyota product and we felt comfortab was extremly informative, helpful, and knowledgable. This was the first time inquiring about the purchase of a Toyota product and we felt comfortable in our decision. The Manger of Smithtown Toyota,Guy,was very professional. The features that we were looking for in our new vehicle seemed to be available in the inventory immediately. The Vehicle Service Agreement choices were reasonalbe and covered a vast offering including, two full years of oil and tire rotations. We made a great choice on our Camary purchase, with the help of Mr. Bilous. More

Dealing with Smithtown Toyota was a positive refreshing experience that I am happy to share with any readers. Most of us have walked away from rude high pressure sales tacticts from typical card ealerships experience that I am happy to share with any readers. Most of us have walked away from rude high pressure sales tacticts from typical card ealerships that try bait and switch or good guy bad guy salesman/salesmanger tacticts. "What does it take to close the deal today....., come back when you are really ready to buy the car.....,maybe my salesmanger can make you a deal......etc. Smithtown Toyota offered a polite and informative sales process that wellcomed my numerous questions, visits and test drives with my wife. My salesman Louis Bilous had the patience of a saint. He answered all our questions, gave his advice only when asked to, and made suggestions that made sense, usually from personal experiences. When it came down to pricing and matching a competitors offer he consultated with his sales manager Guy Albergo that provided a competitive match without the typical high pressure games typical in this sales tranaction. Mr. Albergo supported his salesman and represented the dealership in a very positive way. we closed the deal. More
