I wish I could give negative stars. This dealer is absolutely dreadful. Sold me a lemon, refused to cover it and tried to sell me a new car and roll in the old loan on a vehicle I can n This dealer is absolutely dreadful. Sold me a lemon, refused to cover it and tried to sell me a new car and roll in the old loan on a vehicle I can no longer drive. Stone-walled, ignored, seldom returned phone calls and nothing but negative results. Staff was very rude on the phone when trying to rectify the situation and they couldn’t be bothered to assist in the process. They had me waiting days for a simple response. ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL PEOPLE AND BUSINESS. More

Big Lou at Generation Kia is the absolute best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He is VERY honest, finds the best deal for you and does not pressure AT ALL. He is such a nice guy.
