This dealer is absolutely dreadful. Sold me a lemon, refused to cover it and tried to sell me a new car and roll in the old loan on a vehicle I can no longer drive. Stone-walled, ignored, seldom returned phone calls and nothing but negative results. Staff was very rude on the phone when trying to rectify the situation and they couldn’t be bothered to assist in the process. They had me waiting days for a simple response. ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL PEOPLE AND BUSINESS.

The only reasonable solution is to refund me for the vehicle. I am beyond my wits end with this entire process and have suffered financial losses in addition to the cost of a car I cannot use. Your dealership has refused to honor Kia’s warrantee as well as the extended warrantee. I’ve been given the runaround and I’m not going to accept your shortcomings as an answer. Your entire operation is aware of my situation. Do the right thing and stand by your vehicle.

It was like having an uncle in the car business. Got me into exactly what i needed. And let me tell you something, these are not your kia’s of long ago. These are quality machines with the best warranties in the industry I know because I checked. I am a very difficult and frugal man, and they just met and exceeded all my expectations, plain and simple.
