I don't know how you managed to get five star anything, considering the amount of financial fraud you committed to get my wife approved for a *second* car loan when we were already behind on the first one you conned us into, putting us at a 70% debt to income ratio after altering her financial documents. Did you get five stars in con artistry? It's been almost four years, and we have yet to recover our credit from the mess you caused, and we're now unable to get back into a decent vehicle or get approved for a mortgage because you screwed us over so badly.
