My name is Eric Flynn but go by Lou. I was born and raised in Marshall, MI on 250 acre farm about 4 miles outside of town, where I learned the value of family and hard work. I worked my way through college graduating from Western Michigan University. I sold vehicles for a time while in school and for about 9 months after graduating. I then went to work for EDS in various roles, supporting various clients and industries including: Oldsmobile, Buick, SPO, the Fabrication plants, JNL, State of MI, etc., I worked 29 years with EDS, GM, HP and then HP Enterprises. I've been back selling new and used vehicle for the last year and enjoying the customers and challenges. I have two wonderful and productive daughters, a great significant other (girlfriend), and two dogs. I love to read, hike, golf and boat in my spare time. I look forward to assisting and treating potential customers as I would want to be treated.

Total crooks... My sister is lucky she took me. These guys are total crooks. My sister put $3,100 down on a $4,900 Jeep. The paperwork that they brought her to sign for the financing of the remainin These guys are total crooks. My sister put $3,100 down on a $4,900 Jeep. The paperwork that they brought her to sign for the financing of the remaining $1,800 of the purchase price of the vehicle was for almost $4,700... Thank God I was there to stop her.. They are total crooks and if you go there, buyer beware. After my calling them out and threatening to not deal with them, the financed amount went from $4,700 to just over $2,300.... DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!!! I see Sundance responded. My sister also responded and it was blocked. Why? Because she substantiated everything I said. These guys tried to screw her and I saved her. They NEVER ONCE mentioned the extra $2,400 that they tried to get from her. This is the EXACT REASON that she took me with her. She KNEW I wouldn't let anyone screw her over....!!! But they are right about one thing. If I wasn't there she would have signed the paperwork.. Actually.. She did... Then scribbled it out when when I said they added over 2 thousand dollars... More

The car we wanted was there Drove 1.5 hours to Sundance. They had pretty close to the exact car we had been looking for (Focus hatchback, leather, manual, mileage was pretty clos Drove 1.5 hours to Sundance. They had pretty close to the exact car we had been looking for (Focus hatchback, leather, manual, mileage was pretty close, color) for about two months. Price was fine. Loan paperwork takes a long time even though we have excellent credit. Forgot to ask about a second key till we were pulling out and we had been then already for close to four hours. If we had been offered a second key I would have said 4 stars and said yes I would recommend. No family wants just one key for their car. Thanks for the response look forward to getting a second key.
