My name is Eric Flynn but go by Lou. I was born and raised in Marshall, MI on 250 acre farm about 4 miles outside of town, where I learned the value of family and hard work. I worked my way through college graduating from Western Michigan University. I sold vehicles for a time while in school and for about 9 months after graduating. I then went to work for EDS in various roles, supporting various clients and industries including: Oldsmobile, Buick, SPO, the Fabrication plants, JNL, State of MI, etc., I worked 29 years with EDS, GM, HP and then HP Enterprises. I've been back selling new and used vehicle for the last year and enjoying the customers and challenges. I have two wonderful and productive daughters, a great significant other (girlfriend), and two dogs. I love to read, hike, golf and boat in my spare time. I look forward to assisting and treating potential customers as I would want to be treated.

Our salesman, Lou Flynn, was very professional and helpful. Shortly after we bought the car, we had an issue. Lou Flynn and Sundance immediately addressed the issue to our satisfaction. That's the true test folks - taking care of a problem after the sale is completed. Thank you! More

Treated differently because I didn’t purchase a $30k vehicle Purchased a 2014 Impala. Decent deal, not a steal of the century. Test drove the vehicle and found a couple issues. Nothing major, drivers side window Purchased a 2014 Impala. Decent deal, not a steal of the century. Test drove the vehicle and found a couple issues. Nothing major, drivers side window switch for the passenger side window wasn’t working, needed an alignment and lastly a complete detail inside and out. Had to wait 2 days for the above to be completed with very little feedback from the salesman Lou. Purchased the car on a Thursday and wanted to complete the transaction on Friday with all repairs being completed. Salesman said he would try to get the car in early Friday morning so I could pick it up before work and keep me updated on the process. Heard nothing from the salesman until I text him at 2:00pm and asked if would be ready Saturday morning and he said he would check on the progress and get back to me. 3-4 hrs go by and still nothing by back, so I text him again asking the same question and he then said it would be ready Saturday morning. Saturday morning rolls around I pull into the dealership at 10am saw the car was being “detailed”. Completed paperwork and went out to take the car home. Found that the switch had been repaired. Salesman popped the hood and showed me that there was basically no detail done in the engine bay except the plastics were wiped down, I was a little disappointed but figured if everything else is done I can live with that. Salesman stated that a alignment had been done on the car as well. Loaded my son up in the car and away we went. Now it’s not very noticeable until you get on the highway but I could certainly tell that there in fact was no alignment done on the car whatsoever, steering wheel was still cocked when driving straight and the car still pulled to the right. Get home and further inspect the car to find that the “detail” job must have been done by a couple of 12 year olds because not only was there an obvious lack of detail done under the hood but now I see the door jams are dirty, behind the gas lid, trim inside of the car was still dirty as well as the debis in the shifter column among other places to. So I feel like if I had purchased a $30,000 vehicle, the level of communication, detail work and the physical work being done would have been done to a higher standard. I had talked about bringing in our 2009 Chrysler Aspen in for a trade but given my recent transaction, I doubt that will happen. Yes I’m happy with the car I bought, just not the service provided!
