In my youth, I worked in manufacturing. The company I worked for sent me to college at the University of Wisconsin, then placed me firmly in management. Life was good. My field was Customer Service. Helping people was always a part of my life, raised that way, so it was a natural transition for me to the car business. Besides, it’s the right thing to do. After 18yrs, the company was bought out and I changed careers coming to work for Imperial Cars in Mendon. It is a perfect fit for me. Treating customers and folks in general with respect, is something that is expected here at Imperial, and rightly so, so I fit right in. I have always purchased my cars here as does my family. No old school sales tactics here. Customer satisfaction is job 1 at Imperial Cars. It’s all about the customer. I am proud to be part of the Imperial Family and to help carry the tradition forward in the little town of Mendon, small town America. Nothing like it.

My wife and I visited Imperial Dodge on Labor Day and purchased a 2013 Dodge Caravan. We just wanted to let everyone know how professional, knowledgeable, and helpful the sales staff was! We are writing about our wonderful car buying experience at Imperial Chrysler. It began months ago as a family adventure to purchase our 16-year-old-daughter her first car. While we had the exact model and at Imperial Chrysler. It began months ago as a family adventure to purchase our 16-year-old-daughter her first car. While we had the exact model and color selected, where to purchase the vehicle was an unknown. Aside from finding the “perfect car,” the most important thing for our family was to make the car buying experience fun and memorable. In came Imperial Chrysler. From Lou Frasca, who went outside during the heat wave to secure additional photos of the vehicle for our review, to Sharon Reed, who provided the utmost personal attention, Imperial Chrysler met our needs perfectly. The most endearing part of all was the relationships that were fostered. Lou introduced himself to our family and actually spent time getting to know us. Sharon took a sincere interest in our daughter’s driving test results and called for regular status updates. She delivered the car with red balloons and even took photos. Sharon made our family feel as though we purchased the car from a friend—and we did! As business owners ourselves, we understand and appreciate the importance of great staff. Imperial Chrysler is very fortunate to have Lou and Sharon in this regard.
