This experience by far put 10 other dealerships to shame. I love the fact that Kirsten was quick to gather the appropriate information from my wife in what she might be interested in and had two cars read to I love the fact that Kirsten was quick to gather the appropriate information from my wife in what she might be interested in and had two cars read to test drive. She actually listen to my wife's needs, worries and answered all the questions. She was very engaging and friendly. My wife never buys cars on the first day but she drove a new one home that day.
