They are so patient and will do all they can to make a servicing experience a good one. Throughout my experience of buying cars, I have never had any dealership take better care of me than at Hoffman Porsche. This visit was no different --- even with a few hiccups, Ethan made sure it was all good. Don't know the mechanics behind the scenes but they sure seem to be top-notch. My car always runs like a dream. Thanks to all for always taking good care of me and my car. More

I had an issue with my Cayenne steering wheel which was badly damaged by an incompetent dealer in Michigan, and Lou and his team immediately got to it when I addressed the issue. He constantly kept me updated in a very professional manner and even called the next day to follow up. If you are a perfectionist, go to Lou. He will go out of the way to make sure all your concerns, big or small are addressed. The loaner car was a white brand new Cayenne. I hope they have Boxster/Cayman loaners in the future, but that is not a complaint. Will come back for my next major service for sure. More

Hoffman Porsche service is as terrific as the car! I have a Porsche Macan which I love and have brought it in to service twice. Each time has been a great experience. When you pull up a service manag I have a Porsche Macan which I love and have brought it in to service twice. Each time has been a great experience. When you pull up a service manager comes out to greet you. The attitude is excellent - whatever the issue might be, it will be taken care of. From your entry to your exit all attention is on you and your car. I can't imagine a more pleasant service experience. More

Warrenty work on Porche Cayenne I had an excellent experience. The service representative was friendly helpful and attentive. Was fineness good loaner. Lou said no problem we will pick up the car leave you a loaner and bring the car back to you when we are done. Wow! What more can I say? More

10,000 mile service I will say I do not normally write reviews, but the experience of Hoffman Porsche and their employees was well above and beyond what I expected, Ethan I will say I do not normally write reviews, but the experience of Hoffman Porsche and their employees was well above and beyond what I expected, Ethan and Lou of service are as top notch as it gets! They took me in with extremely short notice and everything went smoothly and on time. Robert in parts was extremely helpful in what I needed and answering all my questions. I've bought four cars at another dealership in Connecticut and accepted the substandard service as normal, never again! More
