Best Customer Sevice Ever! The best dealership ever. My name is Gerard Williams Two days ago my Porsche Cayanne 2005 engine stop working due to wear and tear the mileage wss high and it was its time. My name is Gerard Williams Two days ago my Porsche Cayanne 2005 engine stop working due to wear and tear the mileage wss high and it was its time. I was devistated not only at the fact I fell in love with the car but it is the only car I have. I just wasnt expecting this to happen. However in the grand scheme of things Lou Haddad a representative at Porsche helped me to get a rental and helped me through this ordeal keep in mind my car was not porsche certified and I didnt purchase the car from there. The level of customer service is unreal and beyond normal. The level of human compasion is of that of a family member. The level of empathy displayed should be a model for all American business.
