Great service and customer care I had to bring my car into Hoffman Porsche unannounced due to a coolant sensor warning. It was near the end of the day. The entire service experience was great. The "low coolent" light came on my dash. I called Hoffman Service; they dropped off a loaner car and took my Porsche in for servicing. The service department said the water pump was defective; they ordered a new water pump, installed it and did the 20,000 service since the car was there. The person who delivered my repaired Porsche to me was very courteous and answered my questions. I couldn't have asked for better service from Lou, the service manager. He was excellent. More

New Key Fob We needed to replace a key fob as ours was no longer working. Some contacts inside weren't connecting to the battery, so the doors would no longer loc We needed to replace a key fob as ours was no longer working. The service center contacted us when they had a fob in stock for us and it was replaced and reprogramed the next day. More

Excellant service from a great dealership I dropped my car off last week with Hoffman Porche for some service work and to install the new snow tires. The car was taken in right on time and Lou I dropped my car off last week with Hoffman Porche for some service work and to install the new snow tires. The car was taken in right on time and Lou, being the super efficient person he always is, noted some factory repairs that needed to be done. He made the arrangements to get the factory work done at the same time, and although my car was not ready at the end of the day (due to the additional work) Lou provided me with a car for the evening and my car was ready first thing the next morning. An excellent experience both from the dealership and their terrific service team. It is a pleasure getting my car serviced at Hoffman Porche. More
