Not fond of car shopping however.. I can't believe I was car shopping during this pandemic, however I was. I saw a vehicle online and sent in a request. could not drive vehicle, no brakes and not running right set up appointment to look at a 1997 dodge ram that they were asking $9,000 for. set up appointment, got to dealer (40 miles one way) and truck was un set up appointment to look at a 1997 dodge ram that they were asking $9,000 for. set up appointment, got to dealer (40 miles one way) and truck was undriveable which was not disclosed. brake lines blown, not running right due to bad plenum gasket, serpentine belt tensioner frozen and belt ready to fly off. I was being generous and said if you fix the items I would go $6,000 out the door. they would not negotiate at all and was a total wasted trip. manager emailed me and asked how everything went and I said this is my offer. no response. finally got response and manager told me that the truck is a "mechanics special" "as is" was never disclosed when I first called on truck. in all of my years I never heard of an "as is" mechanics special" for $9,000. very disappointed but does not surprise me. I would not pay $1,500 for the truck as it sits now which it still is on their lot. the acv they have on this vehicle is between a $1,000-$1,500 More

I had a very smooth purchase of a used 2019 Subaru Ascent. We were able to communicate with Lou via text (in the passenger seat) along the way so that he could get the paperwork started. He had the vehicle ready for us to test drive when we arrived. He gave us a suggested route and encouraged us to explore the area, which included city and highway roads. The vehicle was everything we wanted. During the buying experience, Lou was very patient, shared in my husband’s humor, and stayed until we drove off, even though it was an hour after the dealership closed. We had a great experience buying a car from Lou. More

I had been doing research online and looking a various dealers. I appreciated that Ganley Subaru showed you the Carfax history and all the other pertinent information needed to make a sound purchase. They also have the best selection of both new and used Subaru's in Northeastern Ohio. Our salesperson, Louis Kosmerl, was fantastic with us. He listened to our needs gave us guidance and recommendations that fit our budget and requirements. He helped us feel cared for. We appreciated his knowledge and personable approach. In fact, we came back several days later and traded in my vehicle to purchase a Certified Pre-Owned Forester also having Louis Kosmerl as our product specialist. He went above and beyond to see to our needs. Louis also contacted me after the purchase to ensure our complete satisfaction. Mike Swansinger, Business Manager, was instrumental in getting us the best financing. We appreciated his direction and advice in making sure our investments were protected.
