The dealership would have gotten 5 stars but when scheduling the appointment, the scheduler said a courtesy vehicle would not be available until a specific date which I agreed to take that date as the service would be all day and possibly into the next day. when I arrived, i was advised that no courtesy vehicle was available so I sat in the lounge most of the day. I live 2 hours away from the dealership. Fortunately the service was completed by end of day. More
