Louie Doblado is the best. I bought a 2018 RDX from him then had a buyer for it and so we made the deal for my new 2021 RDX Aspec and he sold my old car to my friend all in one afternoon. It was nearing the end of my 2018 RDX lease so I was starting to look and compare SUV's. My priority was to know if Cardinale Way Acura could accommodate me first! Chip Crouse has been our representative at Acura for several years and I sat with him to discuss specifications and talk pricing. It was easy to make the decision to buy another Acura. It's perfect when you sit with someone who knows the product and he works with what your needs are without any pressure. When you are able to walk away and feel absolutely confident, excited and happy with your decision, it is the best indication that you are working with a good dealership and salesman. Chip was so kind and easy to talk to.... since we have purchased and leased from him in the past and are always pleased with our negotiations and the courtesy both he and Louie have extended to us. In fact, we were so happy after obtaining my gorgeous RDX (tech pkg), a few days later, we went back and leased a 2021 TLX - Advance for my husband, too. The cars are so gorgeous sitting side by side in our garage! Chip has always gone above and beyond to answer our questions, make us feel extremely valued and let us know how much he cares about our continued business & friendship. It matters to him that we feel confident of our selection each time we are ready to make another purchase at CardinaleWay Acura. Unlike some places where you drive off the lot and have no further connection to your salesman, we are appreciative that we need only pick up the phone and call Chip (or Louie) when we need help with the new technology or have any question relating to our new vehicles. And...we love that car washes are free whenever we take in our cars. More
