They totally don't care or have customer follow up after the sale...I will not ever do business with them or refer anyone!! Beware!!!! More

Excellent Five Star Service I can't believe I wasted my time with other dealerships. I had some bad experiences with other dealerships already. When I called them looking for a b I can't believe I wasted my time with other dealerships. I had some bad experiences with other dealerships already. When I called them looking for a black Nisan Rogue, they told me what they had available. Louis C. Joseph helped me. Can I just say how incredible he was? How helpful and knowledgable? Wow! I told him what I was looking for and my budget. I told him about my bad experience at another dealership, and he just was kind and amazing!!! The entire team was amazing!! Thank you so much for making my car experience a great one. I will be referring everyone to you!! More

Best Ever At the age of 65, I have purchased many cars in my life. This was by far, the most enjoyable experience I have ever had. I went in to look around and At the age of 65, I have purchased many cars in my life. This was by far, the most enjoyable experience I have ever had. I went in to look around and like always , was expecting a very high pressure type experience. My Sales Consultant, Louis "CJ" Joseph could not have been more helpful. He worked with me one on one for a couple of hours to make sure all of my Questions were answered and I received the best possible price and financing avaliable. Great Job to Universal for being the Company that you are and employing the people that you do. Thanks again from myself and my wife.
