We had gone to your sister dealership, Universal Hyundai, the week before and we were basically told they couldn't complete a deal with us unless we gave a minimum of $5,000 down, plus our trade. Eddie worked with the sales management and finance, and was able to get us into a brand new 2026 Nissan Rogue SV with no money down, and taking our trade-in and paying it off. This was, by far the best sales experience with any vehicle purchase. We moved to Finance to complete the deal. Mr. Matos was very professional in completing the sale. Listened to our concern about GAP insurance, and provided the best option, including a service plan.
